Deliveries to the Balearic Islands:

Deliveries to Ceuta or Melilla :
- Melilla: €12 — Free shipping starting from €50
- Ceuta: €27.80 — Free shipping starting from €115
These shipments do not include any taxes that may be applied by the local authorities. They are exempt from VAT.
Pick-up at the roastery :
- Free pickup at C/ Muro 5-7, Cocentaina 03820 Alicante (Our order collection hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
EU member countries:
- Shipping cost €12.99
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- If you are an intra-community operator and provide us with your tax identification number, these shipments are exempt from VAT.
Return policy

The Data Controller is COALCAFE, SL, C/ Caves de Agres 1, 03820, L'Alcudia de Cocentaina (ALICANTE).
Can an order be returned?
Café Barsel does not accept returns, except in the case of an error in the processing of the order or if the product is defective.
If the reason for the return is caused by an error on the part of Café Barsel, we will only accept returns of products that are in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and with any other promotional product included.
Can an order be cancelled?
Modifications or cancellations can be made, provided that the product has not been prepared (that the coffee has not been roasted).
Refusal of the order at the time of delivery or the impossibility of delivery, for reasons not attributable to Café Barsel will imply the loss of the right to a refund.
How will you refund my money?
Once the return is received at our facilities, we will check that it meets the conditions agreed upon when the return was requested, and if everything is correct, we will refund the full amount using the payment method used for the order.
