Training is one of the fundamentals on which Café Barsel is based. Which is why our team continuously take part in the range of training initiatives available in our sector worldwide.

Our team includes a staff member with Q-Grader certification, one of the most prestigious hallmarks of extensive knowledge and outstanding grading skills. We are also authorised as trainers by the Fórum Cultural del Café and SCA, better known as AST status.

In order to be able to train all our customers, we have a fully equipped teaching room on our premises. If necessary, we can also travel to our customers’ facilities, to offer more personalised advice.
SCA training under the Coffee Skills Program is available. A training programme based on decades of knowledge, research and experience of the real world, helping us to forge professional status. 

Our teaching facility offers introductory modules to the world of coffee, Barista Skills, Coffee Brewing and Sensory Skills, with certificates at all levels.
