Our technical service is made up of staff highly specialised in coffee machines, mills and water treatment, three particularly important technical factors in order to operate at the highest professional level.
The goal of our technical support service is “the perfect cup”, and when our technicians go to work, the result is a cup of coffee in perfect condition. We perform two types of technical servicing: preventive, to avoid possible faults, and corrective, when a fault does arise, working with the utmost promptness and efficacy.
We also conduct periodic quality control to detect any anomalies in the operation of the machines. We know how important your business is, and aim to be your partner, showing real concern whenever anything does not work properly, and achieving constant improvements.
