RETURNS POLICY

The Data Controller is COALCAFE, S.L., C/ Caves de Agres 1, 03820, L’Alcudia de Cocentaina (ALICANTE).
Can I return an order?
Café Barsel does not accept returns, except if there is an error in the processing of the order or if the product is defective.
If the reason for the return is caused by an error of Café Barsel we will only accept returns of products that are in perfect conditions, without having been manipulated, with their original packaging and with any other promotional product included.
Can I cancel an order?
Modifications or cancellations can be made, as long as the product has not been prepared (the coffee has been roasted),
Refusing the order at the time of delivery or the impossibility of delivery, for reasons not attributable to Café Barsel, will result in the loss of the right to a refund.
How will I get my money back?
Once the return has been received at our premises, we will check that it complies with what was agreed when the return was requested and if everything is correct we will refund the full amount using the payment method with which the order was placed.
