Using a blend made up only of washed Arabica coffees curated by Alejandro Basset, a professional coffee taster with the Q-grader certificate, one of the most prestigious in the world, held by only 51 people in Spain. He is also a trainer authorised by Forum Cultural del Café (the Spanish quality coffee association) and by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association, the global association of specialty coffees).
ORGANIC DECAFFEINATED
Using the Swiss Water decaffeinated method, to remove the caffeine solely and exclusively with water, without using any type of solvent as is typical in all other decaf coffees. This is a Mexican coffee selected by our professional taster Alejandro Basset, a professional coffee taster with the Q-grader certificate, one of the most prestigious in the world, held by only 51 people in Spain. He is also a trainer authorised by Forum Cultural del Café (the Spanish quality coffee association) and by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association, the global association of specialty coffees).
ORGANIC COFFEE CAPSULES
Presented in micro-corrugated cardboard packs for improved insulation in potentially very humid atmospheres, to better preserve the 50 capsules inside. Each pallet holds 140 units.
DECAFFEINATED ORGANIC CAPSULES
PACKAGED WITH INERT GAS: To prevent oxidation of our coffee, we pack the capsules with nitrogen so that oxygen does not affect the coffee, thereby achieving perfect flavour extraction for longer.
